Retail Associate + Studio Assistant 

This is a hybrid role and will offer experience in a variety of creative spaces. We are looking for someone with an eye for design and fashion to serve as our in shop sales associate and studio assistant. This person should be comfortable with customers and task oriented. 

Role:

• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values. 
• Initiates conversation and share product knowledge and background to interact with the shop customer in a personalized and genuine way
• Maintains Calla Cane’s visual and operational standards seamlessly so that customers feel welcomed
• Support the studio staff with projects, including tracking orders, requesting quotes, ordering samples and organizing materials.
• Support the shop and studio space by tracking and ordering supplies 

Prerequisites: 

• Love for design and fashion
• Experience in customer service
• Experience being a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including occasional evening events and holidays

Daily Tasks:

• Open and Close Shop Monday - Friday
• Assist Customers With Purchase 
• Restock Retail Store 
• Assist With Social Media Posts 
• Assist With Website Updates 
• Ship Shop Orders 
• Support Studio With Operations 
• Support Principal, Senior, and Junior Level Designers
• Order Samples 
• Track Orders
• Request Quotes 
• Organize Materials Library 
• Pick up + Drop Off Samples 
• Order Supplies For Studio 
• Help With Client Gifts 
• Inventory Management

Compensation:

M-F, 10am - 4pm

$20/ Hourly
