Shipping and Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Calla Cane, however, if you would like to return an item, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you return instructions. Please do not mail any items before contacting us
We accept store credit returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items returned must be in original condition. We reserve the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
For your convenience, items purchased at Callacane.com can be returned to our Calla Cane store located in Solana Beach. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return.
All discontinued and sale items are final sale and may not be returned for credit.
Please note: All shipping fees are non refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Calla Cane does not supply return labels or cover return costs. Calla Cane is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please keep all original packaging and contact us right away. No damage claims will be accepted after 7 days past delivery.
